Welcome to KINDERGARTEN!

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts sets expectations, or standards, for what every student will know and be able to do in school. This guide is designed to help you understand those standards and partner with teachers to support your child’s learning during kindergarten. If you have questions about this information or your child needs extra help, please talk to your child’s teacher.

“You’re off to Great Places! Today is your day!
Your mountain is waiting, So… get on your way!”― Dr. Seuss

The Triton Kindergarten Program

Triton Regional School District’s kindergarten curriculum reflects the learning standards outlined in the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.

The district’s skilled teachers address these standards through a variety of learning activities.

Through active communication and effective partnerships with families, the kindergarten program supports the development and achievement of all students.

Your child’s teacher looks forward to working with you in partnership regarding your child’s growth and progress in school.

Students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1st
