No application for Financial Assistance will be reviewed or acted upon until all corresponding income documentation is included with this application. In order to be considered complete, your application must include two (2) months’ worth of pay stubs or a completed prior year tax return, and/or statements for child support, alimony, SSI, or other qualified payments received. The application must be signed.
Completed applications should be sent to the School Business Administrator, Michelle Cresta. The preferred (quickest response) method is to scan the completed application/support documentation and email to [email protected].
