Physical Education

Physical Education is an important facet of the total education of students.   The Triton Physical Education Program promotes good health and fitness by offering eight distinct curricula.  The required Adventure Education for Freshman and Introduction to Health and Fitness for Sophomores are full year classes and meet 2 times in the 7 day cycle.  Team Sports, Lifetime Sports and Activities, Strength Training, Advance Adventure Education for Juniors and Seniors, Partners in PE, and Wellness classes are semester offerings that meet 3 out of the 7 day cycle.
