Student of the Month – Ryan Walsh

Congratulations to sophomore, Ryan Walsh, who was recognized as the School Committee’s last Student of the Month for the FY21/22 school year!  Ryan was nominated by his Spanish teacher, Jennifer Scott, for his leadership and for serving as a role model to his fellow students.  As she noted, “not only is he successful academically, he is also exceptionally well-mannered, very positive, and takes his work seriously while still expressing a positive and light demeanor.”  Of course, the last two years have been challenging for everyone, but Ryan has not let that impact his positive attitude.  “He is respected by his peers, and in him they have an example set not just for the status quo, but for exceeding expectations of how a 16-year-old should behave.”  Congratulations, Ryan! What a great way to end the year!
