This workshop is a great resource for parents whether you are starting to consider special education services for your child or have been working with the special education department for a while but still have some questions.

Topics covered include
·      Basic rights under special education law
·      Basic special education procedures
·      Team Meetings
·      Dispute resolution options

The workshop will be presented by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. Supervised children are welcome to be in attendance.

The Triton SEPAC is a group of parents and education professionals who come together to maximize the educational and developmental opportunities for the district’s students with special needs.  We offer an opportunity to network with other parents and education professionals as well as host a number of informative presentations and workshops.
